An opportunity exists for a Senior Registered Nurses (RN) who are seeking an exciting new challenge. We are looking for a permanent part time Hospital Coordinator at 0.7 FTE. If you are a motivated, positive and enthusiastic RN we would love to hear from you.
About the role:
Chief warden for the hospital
Effectively and timely manage Labour, human and material resource requirements, have an awareness of KPIs and make decisions that underpin the KPIs
Ability to identify, assess and manage clinical risks
Clear understanding of the clinical capabilities of the hospital / facility when determining suitability of unplanned patient admissions
Knowledge and understanding of NSQHS Accreditation Standards
Understanding of patient admission and discharge processes to facilitate efficient bed flow within the hospital

About you:
Current registration as a Registered General Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum 5 years acute RN experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Self- motivated and ability to work autonomously
Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet timelines
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multi tasks and coordinate resources appropriately
Excellent customer service skills understanding and supporting the strategic direction of the hospital
Ability to work across a 7-day roster which includes night duty

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the “Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses’ & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement - 2024 (‘Agreement’ or ‘Enterprise Agreement’)” (salaries range between $63.92 -$72.36 per hour).
