We are seeking to recruit a CSSD Orderly into Ashford Hospital's new state of the art CSSD department, in a fast paced and exciting private hospital environment. If you are a dedicated individual with excellent time management, initiative and flexibility, we want to hear from you. 

About the role:

• Transporting CSSD equipment to/from and within the Peri-Operative and CSSD departments

• Working in close proximity to critical medical scenarios

• Assist with tasks as delegated by management or Team Leader.

• Provide assistance with manual handling, ensuring items are available in a timely manner

• Undertake cleaning where required in line with facility protocols

• Re-stocking and unpacking as required including waste removal

About you:

• Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance

•  Staff will be required to provide proof of immunity / vaccination to specified infectious diseases

• Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Ashford Hospital

• Committed to continuous quality improvement

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands

• Ability to work flexible hours
