Ashford Hospital is seeking to recruit experienced Registered Nurses to join our Peri-Operative department. A fantastic opportunity in the private healthcare community for highly motivated candidates with extensive skill sets and sound knowledge of the standards pertaining to Peri-Operative Nursing.
Experience in the following specialities:
Hepatobiliary
Endoscopy
Colorectal
General
About the role:
Two years minimum experience as a Registered Nurse in a Peri-Operative environment
Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
Current AHPRA Registration
Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Ashford Hospital
Committed to continuous quality improvement
Committed to provision of quality Nursing care, Education and customer service
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
Positive attitude towards leadership, and potential management skills
Salary range $42.37 - $53.04 based on ACHA - Nurses and Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - 2024

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the “Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses’ & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement - 2024 (‘Agreement’ or ‘Enterprise Agreement’)” (salaries range between $42.37 -$53.04 per hour).
