Introduction:
Expressions of interest are sought from enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurses who would like to join our Day Oncology Suite.
About the role:
· Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Flinders Private Hospital
· Completion of ADAC modules 1-4 (desirable but not essential)
· Committed to continuous quality improvement
· Committed to provision of quality nursing care, education and customer service
· Proven communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
· Ability to work flexible hours
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all Visiting Medical Officers
· Ability to facilitate and enhance teamwork and provide a supportive culture within the nursing team.
