Registered Nurse - Cardiac Services

We are seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses with extensive experience in Cardiac Services. Cardiac Services encompasses a 31-bed ward, specialising in medical cardiology, interventional cardiology, arrhythmia management and cardio-thoracic surgery. We also have a 6 bed Coronary Care Unit as well as a direct access 24/7, Cardiac Emergency Centre which can cater for all cardiac conditions.
About the role:
- Previous cardiac experience (Graduate Diploma desirable)
- Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Ashford Hospital
- Committed to continuous quality improvement
- Committed to provision of quality Nursing care, Education and customer service
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
- Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude towards leadership, and potential management skills
- Salary range $42.37 - $53.04 based on ACHA - Nurses and Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - 2024
