Introduction:

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic team member for our reception/admissions area.  If you are passionate about providing service excellence and patient care, with proven ability in flexibility, compassion and initiative, we want to hear from you.

 About the role:

·             Answer and re-direct calls on a busy switchboard

·             Admit and discharge patients

·             Prepare and complete patient paperwork

·             Maintain accurate and effective record management systems

·             Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff from other departments

·             Support the Administration Team Leader and Administration Manager

·             Complete other clerical tasks as required

·             Ability to work all shifts over a 7 day roster
