The Memorial Hospital are currently recruiting for a Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our busy and supportive hospitals on a casual basis. You will work collaboratively in dynamic team environments that strive to deliver outstanding customer service to our patients and medical professionals.
About the role:
A flexible position working across all areas of the kitchen
Ensuring the safe provision of food as per documented food safety plan
Demonstrated understanding of accreditation standards, WH&S management
Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays
Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards.

About you:
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over 7 days – early/late shifts and weekend work
Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as part of a team
Excellent time management skills
