Ashford Hospital are seeking applications from motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our fasted paced and dynamic Critical Care Unit in a leadership role. A fantastic opportunity in the private healthcare community for highly motivated candidates with extensive skill sets and sound knowledge of the standards pertaining to Intensive/Critical Care Nursing.

About you:
South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
Current AHPRA Registration
Extensive experience in critical care nursing
Must have post graduate critical care qualifications
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Values team work and leads by example
Has the ability to coordinate and motivate a team
Has demonstrated leadership skills or potential
Willingness to undertake quality improvement projects
Has the desire to educate and mentor other staff
Has an understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and it committed to continuous quality improvements.
